大家好，這里是rilico新產(chǎn)品 。Pp film faced plywood 什么是pp模板，傳統(tǒng)模板是膠合板表面是紙，而我們用pp塑料來(lái)代替。那么第一點(diǎn)我們來(lái)對(duì)比一下表面的區(qū)別Pp的特點(diǎn)就是 耐腐蝕 耐酸堿 硬度大 這樣我們模板的第一個(gè)特點(diǎn)就是完全不和水泥粘合，非常容易拆膜。
塑面模板拆下來(lái)后水泥表面非常光亮，提高施工質(zhì)量，第二個(gè)特點(diǎn)就是 表面硬度大，更耐劃傷，而且表面厚度0.5mm,大大提高了使用次數(shù)，目前我們?cè)谥袊?guó)的使用次數(shù)都可以達(dá)到周轉(zhuǎn)30次。
Hi everyone, i would like to introduce a new product from rilico, the PP plywood.
What is pp plywood？Traditional film face plywood uses melamine film on the surface, where as pp uses plastic.Now what makes plastic better?it is non-corrosive, acid and alkaline retardant, and has a very rigid surface compare to melamine film.the biggest advantage is that pp plywood doesn't stick to the concrete when its dry, and can be removed very easily. after dismount, the surface of the pp plywood remains smooth and intact,so it can be used repeatedly several time ,thus greatly increase the efficiency and quality of the form work.. Currently, our pp plywood is often used up to 30 times in china
